Worker Module Help

This guide explains how to use the Worker Module to complete forms, sign documents, and manage your profile.

1. Log In

  1. Use your worker email and password.
  2. If you received an initial password from your admin, change it in My Profile after login.

2. My Actions (Start Here)

  • Complete start-of-work forms: Vehicle/Plant Pre-start, Fitness for Work, Fatigue Self-Assessment.
  • Open assigned document actions and review document previews.
  • Sign or acknowledge documents in the signature box.
  • Check action history for submitted forms and completed sign-offs.

3. My Documents

  • Search and filter company documents.
  • Download completed documents when available.

4. Projects

  • Open project documents assigned to your projects.
  • Sign documents where sign-off is required.
  • Download completed project documents.

5. My Profile

  • Update your name, phone number, and title.
  • Change your password.
  • Contact your admin if you cannot access assigned documents.
