Worker Module Help
This guide explains how to use the Worker Module to complete forms, sign documents, and manage your profile.
1. Log In
- Use your worker email and password.
- If you received an initial password from your admin, change it in My Profile after login.
2. My Actions (Start Here)
- Complete start-of-work forms: Vehicle/Plant Pre-start, Fitness for Work, Fatigue Self-Assessment.
- Open assigned document actions and review document previews.
- Sign or acknowledge documents in the signature box.
- Check action history for submitted forms and completed sign-offs.
3. My Documents
- Search and filter company documents.
- Download completed documents when available.
4. Projects
- Open project documents assigned to your projects.
- Sign documents where sign-off is required.
- Download completed project documents.
5. My Profile
- Update your name, phone number, and title.
- Change your password.
- Contact your admin if you cannot access assigned documents.
