Import a selected AroFlo task with its client, location and scope into BlueSafe. Prepare prefilled SWMS, risk assessments and other safety documents, collect worker signatures digitally, then return selected completed PDFs to the matching AroFlo task.
Available with paid BlueSafe WHS plans. An authorised administrator connects AroFlo once and selects the business unit BlueSafe may use.

Connect AroFlo
An authorised BlueSafe administrator enters an AroFlo Partner Integration Token created for Blue Safe.

Choose a business unit and task
Select one business unit, search its tasks, and review the client, location, status and scope before importing.

Prepare and sign the documents
Create the linked BlueSafe Project, complete the required WHS documents and collect worker signatures.

Confirm the PDF upload
Choose only the completed PDFs required for the task and confirm their upload to AroFlo.

BlueSafe uses the connected AroFlo access and selected business unit. It does not silently create Projects or upload documents in the background.
