5. Blue Safe WHS Docs for ServiceM8

Blue Safe WHS Docs is an external integration between Blue Safe Online and ServiceM8. It allows Blue Safe users to use ServiceM8 job information within Blue Safe to create WHS documents and attach the completed files back to the relevant ServiceM8 job.

When this integration is used, Blue Safe may access data from the connected ServiceM8 account that is reasonably required to operate the integration. This may include job details, company identifiers, staff or assignment details, job addresses, descriptions, attachment-related information, and other job metadata needed for matching, document generation, and file attachment.

Blue Safe may also collect and process information entered by users during use of the integration, including document inputs, clarifying answers, generation settings, and workflow selections.

This information may be used to authenticate and maintain the ServiceM8 connection, retrieve relevant job information, generate WHS documents within Blue Safe, attach completed files back to the relevant ServiceM8 job, store document records and related operational metadata, and provide support, troubleshooting, security, and service monitoring.

Generated documents and related metadata may be stored by Blue Safe and its service providers for hosting, storage, rendering, document conversion, backup, operational logging, and related support purposes. Where AI-assisted drafting or generation features are used, relevant job inputs and user-provided content may be processed by approved service providers for the purpose of generating or improving document output.

Blue Safe does not use ServiceM8 customer data for unrelated marketing purposes. Data is handled in accordance with Blue Safe's privacy practices, applicable legal obligations, and the permissions granted by the customer through the ServiceM8 connection. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the information submitted through ServiceM8 and Blue Safe is accurate, lawful, and appropriate for the documents being created.
