Will we need to replace our current management system?
No. Blue Safe starts with your existing certified system, identifies what is affected and upgrades the relevant documents and controls. A complete rebuild is only considered where the current system no longer reflects how the organisation operates.
Does Blue Safe certify our organisation?
No. Blue Safe supports your transition preparation, document upgrades, implementation actions and evidence organisation. An independent accredited certification body conducts the transition audit and makes the certification decision.
What should we provide for the review?
Start with your certificate and scope, current management-system documents, recent audit findings, objectives, risk or aspects registers, internal audit records and management-review records. We will confirm the final evidence list after reviewing your scope.
Can the final ISO 9001 upgrade be completed before publication?
