A few useful details.

Do I need to become a subscriber?

No. This is a one-off document service. The included module access ends after three months without automatic renewal. A subscription is a separate, optional purchase.

Can I upgrade documents from another provider?

Yes. Select “Upgrade documents from another provider” at checkout and provide PDF or DOCX files after payment. We’ll review your information and confirm the required changes with you.

What happens with ISO 45001?

Full IMS includes the current safety documentation and one update to the next officially published ISO 45001 edition after the 2018 edition. That entitlement remains available independently of your Hub access or subscription.

Can I keep using my current approved documents?

Yes. Keep your current system in place while the new documents are prepared and reviewed. Your originals and approved versions are retained.
