An authorised BlueSafe administrator enters API credentials created for the correct WorkGuru company.

Search a performance-safe page of WorkGuru projects and review the customer, work area, status and description before importing.

Prepare and sign the documents
Create the linked BlueSafe Project, complete the required WHS documents and collect worker signatures.

Confirm the PDF upload
Choose only the completed PDFs required for the project and confirm their upload to WorkGuru.
